This is me, Im looking to become a stronger healthier person i believe in sacrifice, but all things such as fatty foods and alcahol can be enjoyed in moderation. I admire people who can get up at 6am and got for an hour long run, but have never found the right motivational force to perform like such myself, and so for now will stick to basic cardio, strenght training and weight gain

Reshuffle No. 2

Newe workout routine, As a hard gainer, my last routine wasnt intense enough to keep the fat off and build muscle so im stepping things up again to see if i cant gain some kilos this summer (and for your northern hemisphere people theat would be your winter, but summers better here in australia anyways) so this is the new plan,

Day 1: Upper body - delts, pecs traps

Day 2: Lower body and Core - legs, abs obliques

Day 3: Arms and Back: biceps, triceps, forearms, and lats

Day 4: Rest

In this manner i work every mucle group twice a week, which is far more intense then my last workout and hopefully this will stimulate better growth and muscle definition btw ive also altered my diet lastely with slightly less carbs and basically no fat, as its summer here too water intake has stepped up significantly also, wish me luck :D

The Suit

hi guys…

Yesterday I was asked “what is it with guys and suits?” while I know there is a large group of women out there with a healthy appreciation for suits, i like to outline my opinion for why suits hold such an important position in moden westernised society.

The suit is a symbol of prominence, of success and of style. while they have been worn for several centuries and have evolved through many different fasions the basic idea of the suit is to express the form of the ideal man, broad shoulders tapered traps down to a slim but solid waist, and legs that express length and power by punning a high inseam. all these factors I believe are what drive people to wear suits, and whils som may complain that they’re tight and uncomfortable, thats simply because you havent found one that fits you right yet, a properly tailored and fitted suit thats remeasuerd every 3-6 months should wear as comfortably as the softest velour pyjamas.

additionally the cut and colour of a suit or a different style can express mood emotion or impose moods and emotions in others, and while they may have been adapted for use by women in industry, its still ideally identified as a predominantly male attire and i believe will continue to do so in the comming centtury, a timeless symbol of male ingenuity class and elegence, and while you may be able to pick up a rubbish rough weave polyester suit from your local shops for $50 or so… once the suit is donned, it identifies that person a particular class away from the t-shirt and jean culture of modern lazy western sociey and while ill admit i usually get around in a tshirt and jeans, theres always a collection of suits in my cupboard and an upcomming event in which i can alter my identity and become, perhaps not a better person but someone with obvious discernable cutlure (in spite of my heavy australian accent and admittedly poor posture.

the suit…

Reshuffle

hello tumblr world, just thought id share my recent developments as a rookie for self improvement, ive had some gains in the physique department, but nothing on what i should have gained, turns out once again ive been over training, but not directly, but by the order of thee muscle groups i work, who thought getting pecs and delts could be such a hassle??

turns out your not sposed to work your chest the day after you work your shoulders and vica versa, ideally there should be a 2 day break i.e. 1 on monday and the other on thursday… who knew? well i do now so im restructuring my workout based on the proximity of muscle groups to get even strong gains in a more acceptable period of time.

old regieme was a 4 day patter which may or may not have included a rest on the 5th day depending on how busy/tired i was went a little something like this

mon-chest
tue-shoulders
wed-arms
thu-back and sometimes core
fri - break day or back to chest

not so prductive apparently, so i havent worked out the details, but am thinking of dedicating a day to cardio and maby legs and core… that should….SHOUL split up the upper body work nicely and lead to beiiger quicker gains

addidionally in the nutrition department im upping my doses of protien skhakes to 2 a day, ive already done this, but with the new routine shold yield better results although its a sacrifice dipping into my drinking budget, which for a uni student is usually a no-no but ahh well… selff improvement and all that

think ill go eat some eggs, caio!

Update 2.0

Missed a few things, that was really just a fitness blog,

Summer is nearly here folks! and by summer i mean spring, and by spring i mean climbing mercury, good tan, plenty of waves and lots of beers. While beer is a bit of a no no for me, it would be unaustralian of me to not enjoy this beautiful time of year with the appropriate alcaholic beverages, but with my new spin buke comming and plenty of surfing too be done, there wont be any seriously detrimental effects.

secondly, had my first surf in months yeaterday and it was…. FUN, got smashed but the sets rolling over me because i still suck at duck diving but caught some waves and had a really nice time in my thick warm steamer. there will be many many waves to catch over the next few weeks and i may even upload some pics of waves and such, the last place i surfed was evans head and even some of my students came to watch me suffer, but i really didnt care, barrles are like crack for me :)

update

sorry guys has been a while but have been busy teaching feral kids at a not so local school and not being paid for it the last few weeks, body progress is good, have been very strict with diet so body fats dropping off and drinking of hopps and barely alcaholic beverages (much to my dismay) has all but ceased, my mind is clearer my body is fitter and stronger and in spite of my crappy teaching career things couldnt be better

in other news…. bought a spin bike on Ebay, could have had it last friday but wasnt here to recieve it so should be arraiveing tomorrow, plan is to add 20 mins of cardio to my regieme which at the moment is a bit all over the place, but actually working quite effectively.

Goals, 4 pack by the end of the month, no excuses, its going to happen, the muscle is there the flab just needs some gentle persuasion, traps lats and delts are as big as ever but arm exercises need some fine tuning, have recently been reading “Muscles and Fitness” magazine and its full of great tips and inspirational body builders, (sorry for the not so subtle product placement)

other wise, social life is good, bank funds are aceptable and uni work load is at an all time low, so nothing to really complain about, cheers for reading, will upload some body progress pics soon
